What is Fly&Health?
Fly&Health is a global medical tourism platform that connects international patients with verified doctors, clinics, and hospitals worldwide. We operate in Turkey, Thailand, South Korea, the United States, Italy, Spain, Hungary, Poland, and Greece — with more destinations on the way.
Unlike traditional agencies, we don't act as middlemen. You submit a treatment request, verified doctors review your case, and you choose who to work with directly.
Is Fly&Health really free for patients?
Yes, completely free. You can submit treatment requests, receive responses from doctors, and compare options at no cost whatsoever. There are no hidden fees, no premium tiers, and no charges at any stage of the process.
Fly&Health is funded by doctors and clinics who pay to access patient enquiries. This means our service is always free for you.
How does Fly&Health make money?
Doctors and clinics purchase credits to access patient treatment requests. When a doctor is interested in your case, they use credits to view your details and reach out to you. This is how we keep the platform free for patients.
Do I need to create an account to submit a request?
No. You can submit a treatment request without creating an account. We only ask for your email address so doctors can contact you. You can optionally create an account later to track your requests and manage responses from your dashboard.
Treatment Requests
How do I submit a treatment request?
Click "Submit Your Request" on the homepage. You'll be guided through a short form where you describe the treatment you need, your preferences (budget, timing), and your contact details. The whole process takes less than two minutes.
What happens after I submit my request?
Your request is reviewed and made available to verified doctors who specialise in your treatment category. Interested doctors will review your details and reach out to you directly — typically within 24 hours.
You'll receive email notifications as doctors express interest. You can then log in to your dashboard to view their profiles, credentials, and clinic details before deciding who to contact.
Can I submit more than one treatment request?
Absolutely. You can submit as many requests as you need — for different treatments, different destinations, or different time frames. Each request is handled independently.
How long until doctors respond to my request?
Most patients receive their first response within 24 hours. The exact timing depends on the treatment category and destination, but our platform is designed to match you with interested doctors as quickly as possible.
Can I cancel or withdraw my request?
Yes. You can close your request at any time from your patient dashboard. Once closed, no additional doctors will be able to access your details. Doctors who have already accessed your request will retain the information they received.
Am I committing to anything by submitting a request?
Not at all. Submitting a request is simply an enquiry. You are under no obligation to proceed with any doctor, book any treatment, or make any payment. You are free to compare options and decide at your own pace.
Doctors & Clinics
How are doctors verified on Fly&Health?
Every doctor and clinic on our platform goes through a verification process. We review medical licences, diplomas, specialist certifications, and clinic accreditations before granting access. Only verified professionals can view and respond to patient requests.
Can I see a doctor's credentials before choosing them?
Yes. When a doctor expresses interest in your case, you can view their full profile — including their qualifications, years of experience, clinic details, and areas of specialisation. This helps you make an informed decision.
What if none of the doctors seem right for me?
That's completely fine. You're never obligated to choose any doctor. If none of the responses match what you're looking for, you can leave your request open for more responses, submit a new request with different criteria, or simply close it.
Are the clinics internationally accredited?
Many of our partner clinics hold international accreditations such as JCI (Joint Commission International) or ISO certifications. Accreditation details are displayed on each clinic's profile where applicable, so you can check before making a decision.
Privacy & Security
Who can see my personal information?
Your contact details are only visible to doctors who have expressed interest in your case. Before that, doctors can only see anonymised details about your treatment needs. Our verification team also has access for quality assurance purposes.
How are my photos protected?
Photos you upload are stored in a private vault and protected with time-limited secure tokens. They are never publicly accessible. Only you, verified doctors reviewing your case, and our verification team can view them.
Is my data shared with third parties?
No. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Your information is only used to connect you with verified doctors on our platform. For full details, please read our privacy policy.
Can I delete my data?
Yes. You can request complete deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at hello@flyandhealth.com. We comply with GDPR and other applicable data protection regulations.

We always recommend doing your own research as well — ask questions, request before-and-after photos, and ensure you understand the full treatment plan before committing.
Do you help with travel and accommodation?
Fly&Health focuses on connecting you with the right doctor. Many of our partner clinics offer assistance with travel logistics, airport transfers, and accommodation as part of their treatment packages. You can discuss these details directly with your chosen doctor.
What about aftercare and follow-up appointments?
Aftercare is an important part of any medical treatment. Most clinics on our platform include post-treatment follow-up in their packages, and many offer remote consultations for international patients. We recommend discussing aftercare arrangements with your doctor before proceeding.
Will I get a price estimate before I travel?
Yes. Doctors who respond to your request will typically provide a treatment plan and cost estimate based on the information you've shared. You can compare offers from multiple doctors before making any decisions or commitments.
