FLY&HEALTH does not collect payments on behalf of any medical professionals nor does it act as an intermediary for any financial dealings between doctors and patients. Our role is strictly limited to providing information and assistance in arranging medical tourism services. All financial agreements, transactions, or arrangements regarding medical services are solely the responsibility of the individual patient and the respective medical professional or healthcare provider. FLY&HEALTH holds no responsibility or liability for any financial aspects of the medical services rendered.
Intellectual Property Rights

Jurisdiction and Miscellaneous
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Cyprus. Any disputes arising under this Agreement will be heard in Istanbul, Türkiye. FLY&HEALTH ’s failure to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement does not waive that right or provision. If any part of this Agreement is deemed unenforceable, all parties agree to cooperate to enforce it to the fullest extent possible.
